Hello,

I am very new to this, well basically the social network in general. I am trying to lose some weight, I started to and did wonderful last summer. This summer has had the opposite affect though with my weight plateauing then some weight gain. It wasn't until recently my daughter mentioned this program and set up an account for me. She has nothing but positive things to say about it, so I thought I would give it a try and get involved.
I enjoy working out when I can, and find motivation in doing so by biking with my oldest daughter. Unfortunately she will be going off to college in the fall and I will be starting back to work after having the summer off. Losing both my motivator and the time to workout.
I would hope to make friends on here to help support me and keep me motivated to continue down a positive path of having a healthy lifestyle. Remember I am still learning how this website works, as of now my daughter is helping me, but if there is any advice or tips to help me get the most out of this program I would appreciate your help!
