Just wanted to congratulate everyone so far on sticking to this! I've been sticking to it for about 13 days now straight, I love the support and I really like seeing how everyone has lost weight! You people definitely keep me motivated!

Thanks Hun! This is my first full day but I am suer determined! That being said, got home from work starving today and ate 4 pears! Staggered to find that was 400 calories, seriously, 400 cals for pears! I am gutted!0

Aww, lol! I didn't know pears are that much either :S, I was at school so I haven't eaten since noon, just having subway now and starving! lol0
