Hey! I'm Dee

I'm 5'1", 118 lbs and 26% body fat. I've had trainers tell me more than once that I wasn't eating enough and that was part of my problem. I have always been one to count calories rather than try to eat healthy. In other words, if a piece of cake and pizza got me to that day's calories then that was my food for the day. However, now I'm seeing that nutrition plays a key roll in health and fitness. I've been trying to eat "clean" for the past few weeks and two days ago I added the MFP app to track my food and guess what, I'm not eating enough calories. So here I am hoping to get a handle on healthy eating so that I can see my body composition changed for the better. Any and all support is welcome!
