My name is Jose 39yrs old originally from NJ now in AZ. To make a long story short last year I lost over 100 pounds but fell off track due to gallbladder surgery. So of this I gain 50 of it back due to inactivity and those meds. I found my legs again and on a mission to get those 50 pounds back and more. Stay strong, focus, and I believe in you. YOU CAN DO IT. :smile:
