    Yes, I do! and love it. Though I'm currently sick and will be on vacation for the next week. Keep on writing if you like. I'll catch up later. Btw, I've seen some marvelous results doing it, however I usually do two somewhat longer workouts per exercising day so I net about 30-40 minutes (pure exercise, no 10s or other breaks). For me, this type of workout is also a means to do some cardio and to get overall fitter as some foot problems don't allow me to run, jump around or row. For exercises with weights I usually use 8 or 12kg kettlebells, but I'd also like to start lifting heavy once I'm back.

    Hello!!! Yes I love it! I've noticed huge changes and it's great to get the cardio done in between as I always get put off by the thought of going for a run ????
    I am doing the new transformers challenge at the mo and then I do a day of the 21 day bootcamp. At the weekends I do the longer vids from the 30 day real time challenge. Nothing is the same which is great!
