I need to change up my diet a bit as I'm eating the same foods. all of which i love but i think my body would like a change now. I leave the house at 7am and home at 7.30pm so they have to be quick to make or something I can prep in advance.
at the moment I have been eating protein pancakes(i get a mix from the my protein site) topped with yogurt, strawberries and a bit of honey for breakfast.
Mid morning snack is an apple with meridian crunchy cashew butter and a green tea.
lunch is a chicken salad. just pre cooked chicken, cucumber, lettuce and i have balsamic vinegar. I have a greek yogurt with this and another green tea.
afternoon snack is 2 rice cakes and i either have turkey ham and a boiled egg or cottage cheese and sweet chilli. also with a green tea.
I try to avoid carbs in the evening, if i do have some its either quinoa or brown rice. I love courgette spaghetti and cauliflower pizza.
I also have a protein shack after my workout, which is also from my protein.
any help or suggestions would be great
