Hi there,
Just wondering if anyone has tried Love 2 Train protein shakes? I am 5'10 and weigh 140lbs. I go to the gym twice/thrice a week and I was considering to starting protein shakes to help me tone up a bit. The one I was going for was the Love 2 Train Shake on Amazon and its about 95 cals and 20g protein per shake. I've been trying to read up on the other ingredients like CLA etc. but I'm still clueless. If you have tried it, did it work for you? Or if you're in the know when it comes to protein shakes does this like a good one or should I steer clear?
Thanks in advance!
I'm totally clueless when it comes to this sort of thing.

based on your post i think your misunderstanding what protein shakes do, they are basically just food. they help get your protein macro up but thats it. if you can get adequate protein without them then dont bother with them
that being said, theres not all that much difference from shake to shake other than flavour and sugar content. the one you mentioned looks fine0 -

Hi,
My fiancé uses Love 2 Train shakes and really likes them. She usually goes to the gym in the morning and has one for breakfast after her workout. I've seen a difference in how toned she is, so I guess its working!
Hope this helps0 -
