I have a fun subject for everyone. Share five or so songs off your must have playlist for working out could be more could be less but lets hear em!!!! 5 of mine in no order at all:

1. "Lose Yourself" Eminem
2. "God is a DJ" Pink
3. "Me and My Gang" Rascall Flatts
4. "As Good as I Once Was" Toby Kieth
5. "Hips Don't Lie" Shakira/Wyclef John

I like a mix from all genres from rock to country to pop to hip hop to swing, as long as a good fun beat is involved I am down....

    My personal favorites are:
    Ram Jam (Black Betty)
    Outkast (Hey Ya)
AC/DC (You Shook Me All Night Long)
    B52's (Love Shack).

I also enjoy other songs by the same groups, but the above are the ones that really make me push harder. Also pretty much anything by Janis Joplin, Jimi Hendrix, The Band, and Sheryl Crow (her older stuff).

on my play list I have:

    futuresex/lovesounds cd by justin timberlake
    the duchess by fergie
All of Gwen Steffani's cd's (but not the no doubt stuff, although I do love the ND stuff too)
a few random Ashley Simpson songs (there, I admitted it :embarassed: )
the newest timbaland (ok, well almost a year old now) cd

whoever it was that's listening to prodigy: prodigy is a good one. I keep forgetting about that CD. It's a great CD for working out. Thanks for reminding me. I'm adding it to my list now.

    N'Sync
    Backstreet Boys
    Nelly

The music back then was so delightfully awful though! I was just scrolling through my list and I realized that I have a bunch of late 90's early '00 stuff too. I  late 90's music.

My husband says he can literally see me daydreaming while running on the treadmill, probably remembering some frat party I was at when this song was playing.

Me: "Oh my gosh! I remember falling off a coffee table dancing to this song!"
Him: "Why were you on a coffee table??"
Me: "Why would I NOT be on a coffee table?"

I was into a lot of that for awhile. My music interests change constantly. Right now, I am all about classic rock! LOL!
