I recently bought the powdered Muscle Milk Light chocolate flavor and have been using it as a lunch meal replacement. It's alright but has a bitter aftertaste, kind of like ground up vitamins (probably exactly what it is). I'm looking for a shake that is under 200cals per serving and just mixes with water... and tastes goooood
Does anyone have a favorite? I know that BSN Lean Dessert is a favorite for many people but I haven't tried it.
Thanks!

I will throw one more in for you. Not sure if you have a Nutrishop near you, but Pro5 from Nutrishop is great. They have several flavors and they taste pretty dang decent! Try this if you can.0

I really like the GNC Wheybolic 60. Cookies & Cream is really good! Serving size is 3 scoops, but I only use 1....1 scoop has about 90 calories, 20g of protein, 2 carbs and hardly any sugar. And like, 1g of fat.0
