Well this is my 3rd time back.Every time I hit 275lb and cant get past it then fall into old habits gaining most of the weight back. I know Myfitnesspal works. Hope to maybe meet and talk with people who who are serious about this as my family is not. They love to eat crap.
One question: focusing on the nutrition intake my cholesterol is way over as i eat 6+ eggs a day. Love eggs and know they are not had. My cholesterol level is always great(i give blood a lot). Is there a way to adjust this number?

Good for you for trying again, I'm back at it myself its not easy.. as far as the eggs thing, have you tried egg beaters? If you love eggs they are a better alternative, or just eat the white of regular eggs, a few days a week so you cut down.0

If you want to eat less eggs, eat less eggs.
That's not how the cholesterol in eggs works though.
You'll lower your own count by losing weight. Good luck.0 -
Thanks guys. No I love eggs and think eating the whole egg is fantastic and healthy. Its just my profile states I can only have so much cholesterol. Can I change it in MFP. Im not going to cut down on my eggs.0

I think you can change any of the daily goals in under settings.0
