Eating 1200 calories - Exercise

If I am eating around 1200 calories a day then do my exercises I have more calories to eat, do I have to eat up those calories for a weight loss????

If you add the exercise under the exercise tab it should update your goal calories for the day, but yes you should eat a little bit more to balance it out.0

you do not 'have" too. but when you exercise your MR goes up so you may want to toss a high protein or healthy snack in after your workout. i usually treat myself to a yogurt and a water or nuts and green tea. it helps feed your muscles so you do not tire out after the workout. i work it into my allotted daily allowance so i do not typically dip into the extra calories i am allowed from the workout.0
