Ingredient information and help

As a point of reference, one book I have been using for years because of it's valuable information is:
"Bowes & Church's Food Values of Portions Commonly Used" by Jean A. T. Pennington and Judith Spungen.
It is now in its Nineteenth Edition, and can be a little pricy, but it can be gotten used and it does provide a wealth of information. It show you Portion Weight per serving, Macronutrients, Minerals and Vitamins. It lists 35 different items under these categories.
This is not a solicitation. I just thought that maybe some members would be interested in this source of information.
