Hi I joined this site the beginning of October and used my own weighing scales to put in my weight but when I get weighed by Curves they have me a half stone lighter (I prefer my weighing scales). Anyway I have been tracking what I eat and exercise everyday and have lost 3lbs in the 8 weeks and have another 8lbs to go it might not seem like alot but hopefully because I lost is slower it might not go on too quickly. I find this site great for calorie counting and portion control something I never did

How odd to find a non-home scale that is lighter! I always hate going to my doctor's office--her scale weighs about 5 pounds more than mine!

Wonderful to have you here, and keep up the good work!

i set my home scale to the one at the gym, so there are no surprises when I have to weigh in!

It doesn't matter which scale's numbers you use... what matters is the net change in weight. Even if your scale is off by 10lbs... the change in weight will be correct. Did that makes sense? :ohwell:
