Hi there,
Though I'm not new to MFP, I have had an on-off battle with my weight. Though I am only slightly overweight (according to my BMI), I have been this way ever since I can remember. I am good with working out, however I get stuck when it comes to food. Late-night snacking is my worst enemy. Especially having roommates that go out to get donuts and French fries every night definitely doesn't help. I always goof up my diet last minute at night. Anyway, my goal is to lose about 28 pounds by December when my birthday rolls around. I have made a timetable to lose 5.6 pounds every month until then. Anyone have any good suggestions for steering away from those late-night snacks?
