vegetarian and macros and proteins oh my!

I'm 34, I've been a vegetarian for 27 years, over all healthy as horse. Never realized how much it was actually effecting some of my blood levels til last month. I eat eggs and tofu and beans and such for protein. The thing is I didn't realize just how short I was falling of protein intake until now. I've heard you have to eat the right amount of protein to actually loose fat ans that could be why no matter how much I loose or workout my body looks the same. I'm trying to figure out what my macros ratio should be for fat loss. Also if anyone has any high protein recipes or foods they would care to share?

    They check your protein levels in your blood? Never heard of that. What is your daily calorie intake, current macros, exercise?
