I was thinking the other day: What if how calories affected our bodies was backwards?
Like if you ate 3500 calories you would LOSE weight, and when you exercised you would be ADDing those calories to your weight?

LOL. I was just thinking about it when I was running: as motivation.
What if I had to run because I was TOO skinny and needed to gain weight.0 -
