What's your routine?

I want to hear other peoples action plans for getting healthy! Mine is as follows:
Nutrition:
1200 cal/day
25% Carbohydrates
45% Protein
30% Fat
(Not that I always meet these goals, but at least trying has been working pretty well for me!)
Fitness:
Running - 5km at 3-4 times a week
Strength training 2-3 times a week (Though I'm having trouble with this because I love running way more)
I swim every day after my gym or run workout, but I'm going to start going in the morning
I cycle wherever I need to go around my town (which is very, very small so I'm lucky - work is only 1.5 km away from home!)
I also have one "active rest day" a week, where I horseback ride, play tennis, hike, swim, etc.
What's your action plan?!
EDIT: My goals are overall fat loss and toning! Also, I want to run FAST
CW: 176 lbs
GW: 122, but anything under 140 would be lovely

Hello
My short term goal is to gain control of my eating and eat within a regulated calorie limit. So for the first few weeks i'm purely following the MFP calorie guidelines. That for me will be a huge accomplishment as I have struggled with binge eating in the past.
I have not set any fitness goals yet, i'm looking around for exercise I can do at home! I'm trying to start slow and change one aspect of my life at a time, as in the past my weight loss efforts haven't lasted very long, due to me trying to do too much too quickly.
Good luck to you
Oh and i'm starting at 269lbs!0
