Feeling upset that you may not be able to enjoy your cocoa this winter? Fear not! I have found the solution.
1.5 cups silk almond milk, unsweetened
1 cup torani sugar free chocolate syrup
steam milk in sauce pan, pour in to cup, add syrup to taste.
total damage: 53 cals.
You're welcome, Happy Holidays!

Thanks. I'll have to try the sugar free syryp. I use:
1 cup Blue Diamond Almond Breeze unsweetened vanilla milk
1 tbsp unsweetened coco powder
1-2 packages of spenda to sweeten
50 calories. Yummy0 -
Goodness, I am lazy...I just heat up Chocolate Almond milk  I do half a cup and it is 60 cals, just enough to hit the spot!0

I'm really lazy. I go for Nestle Fat Free- 20 cals. This sounds good though!0

Thats good! Here's Mine:
instant cocoa mix/store in airtight container or plastic zip lock bag -- 22 servings -- 94 calories (with white granulated sugar)
3.5 cups dry milk powder
3/4 cups cocoa powder
2 tsp salt (optional, but it does help the taste)
1.5 cups suger (substitute fake if you want, I tried it and I hate fake)
3 heaping tsp in a cup of hot water.
Totally worth the calories, and it's my dairy serving. It doesn't make my stomach gurgle like brand name instants.0 -
This is one of the best threads I've ever seen on this site. I feel it my DUTY to try each and every one of these through the month of December... purely for scientific reasons. :-)0

Yes you should. Don't forget to add in flavors like peppermint and vanilla, or coffee.0 -
You can also get several complimentary flavors from the torani line in sugar free variety. I am loving their stuff!0

Yep, that is my recipe too!!! Except I use 2 T. Hershey's special dark cocoa powder and 2 packets of Stevia. If I'm feeling extra chocolately, I add 1 Dove Special dark chocolate promise (42 cals!) to it. DELICIOUS!!0 -
great ideas! I use 2 tsp cocoa powder, a few drops of stevia, that's it.0

Thanks, will try this.0

Great thread! I'm about to put some on right now. Going for unsweetened cocoa, sugarfree caramel syrup and warm milk.0
