T 25 - Weeks into (Alpha)

I'm on week 5 of Alpha. Haven't lost any weight, but I started using this ap and watching my calorie intake. Any suggestions?

    You have probably been losing fat and gaining muscle. With diet and exercise together you should really start seeing some results in a month or two don't get discouraged. The main thing you want to focus on is your calorie intake with the app though.
