Back againnnnnn.....

Hi,

I'm going to be 50 in March, and would *really* like to be at my ideal weight by my birthday. I'd love to drop 20 lbs by that time, and think it would better help me deal with that big birthday. Also, having a get together with some close high school/college friends next summer, so that's another reason to get myself back in shape.

I need a few like minded friends...maybe in my age range? I work out at the gym.....cardio and weights 3-4 times a week. My main problem is that I go through weeks where I eat healthy, and then I have weeks where I'm eating absolute junk. So frustrating. Need to work on self control. If any of you are pms binge eaters, I NEED you as friends so we can try to keep each other in check! ;P

    I am 42 and needing to drop ~50# --- lost 26 last year here, quit trying but kept it off. Need friends for motivation as well! Sent you a FR:flowerforyou:
