Half off

Hey everyone!

So I am halfway into my 24th year of life...and I am so overweight that I could lose half my body weight and still be overweight. It wasn't an issue before....I could still manage everything I needed to do. Lately, though, I've been noticing some lower back problems while at work and I can't run after the kids at church as much anymore....so I figured it was time for a change!

My current goal: To lose 36.8 lb and get back to my high school weight of 240.

My ultimate goal: 135 lb, or half my body weight. I was probably thirteen the last time I was this weight, so it would be great to be that weight again!

What am I going to do to achieve this? Well, kickboxing 2-3 times a week is the main thing. Also sticking with tracking my diet, and eating one salad a day for either lunch or supper (Unless it's a kickboxing day, then I can afford to eat a little more!) And I'm also going to start Yoga to start strengthening my back and core muscles to help with the back pain.

This is my year! I will become a new me!
