Does anyone know what 85 grams of firm tofu looks like ? or how many cups it makes ? it says 1/4 of package is 85 grams per serving ..

    Literally google image search for 100 grams of tofu. Or divide the package in 4. Or use a food scale. Or.. guess. It's tofu. It's not 100% accurate because of the variable amount of water you can press out. Or google how many grams of tofu in a cup.

    The myfitnesspal forums are not a substitute for basic math/google. Come on now.

    Go to your local Walmart and get a food scale. They are relatively cheap and will help you avoid confusion such as you're having now. You might even lose more weight if you use one. :)

    Here's a tip OP:

    Cups are used to measure liquid, not dry goods. (Or in this case, tofu... which "has" liquid but isn't one)
