New from Waukesha, WI

Hello, my name is Ken(brief pause as we all say hello Ken)

I recently changed jobs and took a health assessment with the new insurance company and they came back with me being over weight. Well I can't see how that's the case, I only live off frozen pizzas and pot pies. So I have about 17 pounds to loose according to them.

I've been working at it about a month now and I have made some good progress. I am now using this app to track what I eat and I even have a gym membership, thanks to the ins company, and I even pulled my bike out of the rafters. I was at around 190 to 195 depending on the scale I was using and the time of day, I'm down to 182.

I have gained size in my arms, chest and thighs. I have lost size in my hips, neck but not my belly. I am not giving up yet, I know that with the right motivation I can make the changes I need to and I have to say I like what I'm seeing so far.

If you're in the SE WI area let me know, I'm always looking for a gym partner or a friend to ride the trails with.

    I'm in Deforest but have only been here since March so have no idea how close we are (GO PACK GO)!

    If you're below 200 already then I hate you long time. lol
