Hello,
So I have just started to Jump rope for 5 minutes (alternating different movements) for 5 minutes between workouts.
So I will do:
5 Minute Jump Rope
20 Minute HIIT Sprints
5 Minute Jump Rope
20 Minute HIIT Sprints
5 Minute Jump Rope
20 Minutes Endurance Running or Elliptical
5 Minutes of Jump Rope
so in total 20 Minutes of skipping. Now it's been a killer of my legs but not too bad.
I never see people at my gym do Skipping and when i do people look at me like a looney lol.
Anyway, I have heard people say that it makes your calves bigger, and being a typical women I don't want that.
Experiences?
