Calories burned from rowing machine and pushups

My nutritionist has asked me to keep track of my calories for about a week which I am trying to do. She wants me to track calories eaten as well as what I expend during my daily workouts.

My trainer has designed a workout for me that I am trying to figure out how many calories I'm burning. The workout consists of rowing on a machine in the gym till I reach 500 meters as a warm up, followed by some basic stretching. Then we got into the heart of the workout which was 10 rounds of rowing till the machine indicated 10 calories burned followed immediately by 10 pushups (I'm still doing the "girl" pushups on my knees). The entire session took about 30 minutes.

Does it make any difference that there was a strong aerobic aspect to the workout?

How many total calories do you think were burned?

If it matters I am 55 years old and weigh 267.
