Hello,
I have 230 pounds to lose, and I'm looking for inspiration from men and women who have lost 100 pounds or more. How did you do it? How do you do with maintaining? Are you still losing? What did you do when you hit a plateau?
Thanks!
Tabitha

I lost over 100 lbs in about 18 months. My only regret is that I didn't do it sooner. You can do this. Every better food choice is a step in the right direction. Every time you get off the couch and do something is a step in the right direction. Don't let one bad choice become an avalanche of bad choices. Just get moving back in the right direction.
I also found it helpful to weigh myself infrequently (every couple of weeks). I never became obsessed with the number on the scale or plateaus or whatever and instead could continue to see a progression in the right direction.0 -
