Spice Mix for Popcorn, Nuts & Veggies

One of my MFP friends was talking about buying plain almonds to avoid all the salt & additives in flavored ones. I make my own spice mix to use on popcorn, nuts & veggies, so I promised to share it.
This is just a basic starter recipe, that I've mixed up to my taste. Feel free to change it up.
3 tblsp smoked paprika
3 tblsp nutritional yeast
1 tblsp garlic powder
2 tsp onion powder
1 1/2 tsp ground red pepper
1 tsp dried thyme leaves
1 tsp dried oregano
1 tsp brown sugar
1 tsp ground black pepper
1/2 tsp nutmeg
In a small bowl, combine all ingredients until well blended. Store in an airtight container.
For popcorn, you just sprinkle it over the popcorn.
For nuts, you can just put the nuts and a little spice mix into a ziploc & shake them up. The spices stick best if you toast the nuts a bit, to release some of the natural oils, but you don't have to.
For veggies, I will toss them in a bit of olive oil & the spice mixture & roast them. I will also mix the spices into fat-free Greek yogurt to dip raw veggies into.
One teaspoon, about the amount I use for a small bag of nuts, is only 7 calories. One tablespoon, which I might use for a batch of roast veggies or dip, is 21 calories.
