I'm starting to see how people LOVE working out...kinda

I freakin hated working out and going to the gym. Been doing it consistently for about three weeks now and pretty much on myfitnesspal a few times a day connecting with like minded folks...and I'm kinda (baby steps) starting to see how some people love working out...kinda...baby steps...don't wanna jinx myself.

At the gym I set lil goals for myself. Like today, on the treadmill, I said to myself, well yesterday I ran 1.5 miles, so today I am going to do 1.6. And I did intervals and it was really good...

and shhhh don't tell anyone, but I am starting to really like that sore feeling you get after every workout...

my confidence is going up the roof...I hope it stays like this and I don't fall off the wagon...
