Body by Vi challenge?

Hi guys!
I'm currently doing the 90 day challenge by body by vi shakes I'm trying to lose 10 pounds. Is anybody out there doing this same challenge? Can you please tell me if I'm eating too little or too much?
This is what I had today,
Breakfast-Body by vi Shake with one Banana
Snack-granola Bar and cucumber slices
Lunch-scrambled eggs with beans
Snack-half a bowl of special K cereal
Dinner-Body by vi shake

How many calories was that? I'm going to take a wild guess at " Not enough".
Sure, eating next to nothing will result in weight loss but trust me when I say you'll like the results of taking weight loss slower rather than quicker. With less weight to lose, the less aggressive of a deficit you want or you risk losing muscle along with fat (muscle helps you look leaner, without muscle you get skinny fat).
Imo, I'd ditch the shakes and read this:
