bummed out

Last week I was working out real good and watching my calories. Now I'm really sick. I think I have a very bad sinus infection with high fever. So much for working out today.

I already ate a piece of cake!!!:sick:

    Don't be bummed out! Pick yourself up & get back to it when you feel better. :)

    I agree....take care of you for now.....rest, eat, and rest some more....drink plenty....
    You can get back to things once you are feeling better.....
