Hi,
I didn't start trying to lose until I was 49.
I don't think you are ever to old to get healthy.
Good luck to you.0 -
No such thing as to old to lose weight. I'm 67 years of age and my highest weight was 323 about 5 years ago. I started eating healthy and exercising and kept up with my calories in and calories out and I have dropped 49.4 pounds since Dec of this past year. I still have a long way to go, but I haven't been at 239 in years. Been so long I can't even remember. So don't ever think you are to old, You are definitely not. Good luck to you. You can do this.:flowerforyou:0

Nonsense! I'm 74 and the older I got the harder it was to lug around the extra weight. You have a decade on me. Get busy and start losing.:flowerforyou:0
