Hi i'm getting back on track to shed some lbs after breaking my knee cycling last year. this site is great as i managed to shed my excess weight years ago using the food points system . All my old friends i had don't seem to use this site anymore but hopefully its because there super lean lol.... I'm only looking to lose about 10lbs or so but its still a bit of a challenge as i love beer and crisps , well anything i shouldn't really eat,, Managed to cycle 75 miles on Sunday but still managed to gain 1lb this week so i'm food counting again.. Thanks for reading and would be great to have some food buddies so feel free to add me ...
