Women, weight lift!!!! No pink weights, no " toning", do some serious deadlifting, squatting and bench pressing. You will finally see a change in your shape. The numbers on the scale are not going to change much, but your clothes will be hanging off of you. You will stand up straighter. You will become less obsessed with the scale are more attuned to NSV's!. It will take time, almost 2 years for me, but then it will happen!
