I need help!!

So my family is going through a pretty rough time. My sister is going through some mental health stuff that I wont get too far into and is going to be moving in with me and my boyfriend. Well she has lost a lot of weight in the last 4 months from lack of eating. She is down to 85lbs (she is only 4'11'' so docs didn't feel she was at a dangerous weight as long as she started eating again) and we need to get her back up to a healthy weight. She was not anorexic due to body image issues, the depression just made her not hungry at all. My boyfriend and I are trying to lode weight. Not a drastic amount so we really have cut too many calories its mostly eating better food and working out. I need to find some food that is full in calories for her but wont make the rest of us gain back what we have already lost. I am planning on doing some backing with protein powder to help her get some extra calories in. I also want to try and find a good shake for her. I tried to get her some boost but she hated it. Any help would be great thank you so much!!!

She'll probably gain weight just eating, even just eating what you guys do. If the depression made her lose her appetite and stop eating, then just eating again will help add on some weight.0

ice cream
oil's/butter
peanut butter
avacado
calorie heavy smoothies
oreo's
milk
cheese cake (I hear it's good in smoothies)0 -
Lace her food with olive oil.
No but seriously she's underweight, talk to her.0 -
oh she knows she is under weight. we have talked to her and so have her docs. she is not happy with her body right now at all and wants to gain weight. it wont take much to get her to eat I just want her to eat healthy. she doesn't need to fill her already fragile body with junk0

she doesn't need to fill her already fragile body with junk
so 10 boiled whole chickens and 10 buckets of quinoa filled with a laundry basket full of kale is the answer?0 -
I wonder if just being around you two will help anyway.. I mean if you and your man friend and already working out and eating healthy, she will probably want to do it to. Just be encouraging and supportive, the rest might just fall into place on its own.
Plan B: Feed her peanut butter by the jar full.0 -
