Bacon Jerky

So I was at the store this morning and saw something I think is new - Bacon Jerky. Being both hungry and curious, I bought some.

Not too bad if you are craving bacon - 2.5 servings in the bag - approx 325 calories for the bag - and salty enough that I didn't eat the whole bag.

Could be a bit crispier and more jerky like - but overall, something I may buy again if I am craving bacon....

    mmmm.... bacon...

    i've been a vegetarian since 1994, but i must say that bacon jerky sounds delish!

    Bacon is Gods way of making sure I will always have carnivorous tendencies.

    I'm curious of it was salt cured and super salty, or how they pulled off preserving it.
