Ok, I am 6 lbs away from my goal weight. I may want to lose more, but will see how I feel when I get there.
However my body fat is 28%.
I workout daily, use between 3-5lb weights inmy circuit training. I run, use DVDS, bike, and elliptical.
So my question is, Now what?

I want to know what I can do to blast through and lower my body fat number without causing harm.
It's time to kick it into high gear and burn some serious FAT!!!!!!!!

Any and all suggestions are welcome.
Thank you in advance!

Lowering body fat is all about diet and only partly about exercise.

Closing it on your goal weight, you are looking at the last stubburn pounds. It may be time to kick it up a notch! Do something different, like going gluten and sugar free for 2 weeks. Change the calorie count slightly. It takes experimenting to change. Good luck! You're doing awesome so far.

Try HIITs on the treadmill and elliptical. Also do you do circuit training. Keeping the HR at 85% of your max while working out. Up and down wtih the HR. That is what I have found is a great Fat Blaster! >:-)

your body has fallen into a routine, change things up a bit. Longer run, faster run, more weight, slightly different weight exercises. If you change the stress on your body it will have to improve to get comfortable again. You should see some results then. Worst case scenario you could do a cutting cycle and that will work to shed the fat, but it is pretty hard on your body.
Also keep track of your intake so the extra exercise isn't wasted because of an increase of food while your working harder.

Great job on being so close to your goal! I have a few suggestions-First eat more raw veggies/fruits and lean proteins, looks like you get your oatmeal in :) Also, even though it is lower calorie, ditch the artificial sweeteners. Second I agree with doing higher intensity cardio once or twice per week, don't do it every time though! and if you've been doing your weight routine consistently, try adding another set or slightly heavier weights.

Congrats!! Maybe us tall girls just naturally have a little more body fat? Extra long legs mean more meat? lol
