I have a coworker who recently has lost in upwards of 80lbs while taking Apidexin. She has not changed her exercise routine(which is non existent) but has modified her eating. I was wondering if anyone has taken this Weight Loss pill and if they have any positive our negative comments about it.

Her success is from modifying her eating, not the caffeine pills.

There is no reason to take diet pills. There are plenty of reasons not to take them, including that they don't work and that they are wholly unregulated.

Of course there is no magic pill. But Certain brands definitely help with energy and appetite suppressing, like this one in particular. I can always use help with my large appetite. This one aided me losing 40 lbs. Honestly don't think i would have lost as much. Great brand

Caffeine seems to help me lose weight for some reason yet does not hurt my ability to slept even on a very warm far infrared light mat.
