So i went to Target yesterday and while aimlessly walking up and down the isles i found... FIBER GUMMIES!!
I had to have them! I try so hard to get the recommended 25-30 g of fiber a day but its HARD! but these bad boys offer 5 g of fiber in two little gummies!

    I have tried those. After having my gallbladder removed, I was having some problems, and the doctor said I needed to increase my fiber. they were alot better than those chaulky ones.

    I love them! I also use benefiber non-thickening fiber powder as well.

    i use to use that benefiber powder too, even though it says it doesn't have a taste i could swear i can still taste it. maybe its all in my head. lol.
