Sick of trying to eat right and not losing?

Sorry but I need to vent, but I have been going through major dental work since April 2014 (abscess and major infection now cleared up) and so I am limited to what I can consume (no nuts, grains, granola, leafy greens, anything crunchy etc.) until complete. I lost 12 lbs - twice- and cant seem to get past that. Im constantly exhausted. I was bloating out every time I consumed something so I bought pre&probiotics with fiber capsules, seems to help.

Im at about 1200 calories a day consisting of 2 egg whites, 24oz coffee with 2 tbl whole organic milk, 12oz yogurt with fresh fruit, RTD protein shake, soft protein bar, 4 oz of a meat / soft veggie/sweet potato and un-sweetnened ice tea (20 oz) each day (spaced out every 3 hours like my old trainer and his $299.00 nutrition plan says to do but I moved so I cant go back to him for advice). I am trying to avoid wheat and gluten due to the bloating situation in case that was the problem.

Ive re-started a previously guided workout several times but when more dental work starts (bone spurs developed July 3rd) and Im back to a couch potato on vicodin for a week, then I'm exhausted for the 2nd week while the medication exits my system and my gums heal.

I've been using a home gym (Impex competitor) doing 5 diff arm/chest routines and 1 calf/thigh routine and even upped the weight and reps and plus 20mins on treadmill @ 3.0 mph after squats and ab wheel and planking 2-3 x week for the past month now but Im still stuck at between 157-162 lbs ... I feel a difference inside (muscles memory - tightened up under the flab) but all I see is a fat blob of me that looks like I'm about 6 months pregnant in the mirror. I would like reach a goal at least 135 lbs. I was 125 most of my years (even after birthing a daughter at age 21) up until age 35 when my hormones changed and my weight started to rise without even changing diet. I am now 48. Sick of trying what I feel is everything to get my fat *kitten* to start losing weight again like it was last year. Anyone else feel like me or have an idea as to what I can do that I havent already tried.
