I'm Half Way There!!

Well I am 5 months in and have made it half way to my goal. I started in Feb at around 230 lbs and I am now at 203. I'm shooting now for 185 and possibly more. (According to the charts I should be around 150 for my height of 5'9") I'm feeling good and can now run for 2 miles without stopping to walk. ( I had a heart attack and emergency by-pass surgery 3 years ago.) I want to thank all of the MFP friends/members that have helped and supported me. Here's to half way and I will post again at the finish line.
