Insanity and C25K Hybrid?

Am I insane or yes?
I've been doing Insanity for 2-3 weeks now. It's super fun, I love it, but I kind of feel like making it a bit more diverse. Plus things at work have been getting crazy and I just need to... run away? In a way... I've never actually run, so I will be a very beginner kind of thing, but the C25K sounds like a good way to start. Plus the weather is somewhat nice right now, and I think getting out of the house, running and just being out will help me with stress and thus with stay on track with everything.
But, I don't want to stop Insanity. But I cannot do them together - no way to wake up any earlier than I already am. Not a morning person as I've always had problems with sleep so I wouldn't fall asleep until 1-2am, and for a morning work out I'd need to wake up at 4-4.30am the latest, so no way. And I'm far from being able to survive both a run and an Insanity workout one after the other, so I was thinking about hybrid type of thing.
Has anyone done it? If yes, how did you do it? Was it effective?
Do you actually think it will be effective or maybe I should just make my mind and pick one or the other?
My end goal is losing weight (a total of 10ish kilos/20ish pounds), getting in shape and getting rid of stress.
What do you think? Any ideas?
