So I did my weigh in this morning, and had lost 2 lbs since last week. Well it stated I lost 2 lbs since my last weigh in but only lost 1 lb so far.
Why is that?

It takes your overall weight lost from your starting weight so if you start at 200, lose 2 (198), then gain 4 back (202), then lose 3 (199), it's going to say you've lost 1 overall - make sense? Also, it rounds up or down, so if you lost 1.4 it says 1 pound. If you lost 1.6 it says 2 pounds.
Hang in there, it all balances out :flowerforyou:0
