fit bit and MFP

Hi all im new here i have a fit bit which i linked up to MFP thing is it hasnt synched my steps since yesterday and i have no idea why, ive tried disconnecting it and then connecting it again but still not synced it says ive done 64 steps but ive done about 11000.
:( does any one know why this has happened? and how i can fix it?

    Sometimes you need to "reset" your fitbit. If you look on the website, it gives you instructions on how to do it. Or just google it. It's always worked for me! :)
