What is a good scheduel for meals and exercises?

I need a scheduel for when i should i eat and what should i eat to stay under 2k calories. Also should i exercise before dinner or after? I usually exercise at 6pm ..? So basically:
10:30am Breakfast:
2:00pm Lunch:
6:00pm Dinner:
10:30am Breakfast:
2:00pm Lunch:
6:00pm Dinner:

That is a great schedule. If it is working for you, keep it up.
For some people working out late interferes with sleep.
(Depending on your sleep and other things, you could work out before dinner.)0 -

I agree do what works best for you.
For me I found breaking dinner in to 2 meals - one before workout and one after worked. My trainer also suggested splitting the protein between the 2 meals so you are getting protein push during your set and building protein after.
