Protein macros for building muscle?

Hi all, I have been bodybuilding for about 14 months now and have been pigging out huge so to say so now its time to loose some fat. What protein macros are you trying for while loosing fat but not wanting to loose muscle.
Actually let me know your carb/fat/protein macros.

1 gram of protein per pound of lean body mass.

    I'm running on 35/30/35 protein/carb/fat

Thanks for that. I am going to try 35/45/20 protein/carb/fat. 35% protein based on your formula is about 189 lbs, not far off my weight.

So you have 189 lbs worth of muscle?, nice.

If your goal is fat loss, you might want to rethink that 45% in carbs that's too excessive for a cut.

I'm cutting about 1lb per week and its been consistent for 17 weeks now. I use 40/30/30 pro/fat/carb. I haven't lost much muscle as my lifts are still heavy and my measurements are similar to what they were.

Definitely don't have 189 lbs of muscle, But I have been lead to believe that 1 gm per lb of body weight was the go for protein. I agree with your thoughts on the 45% carbs, I will try to reduce this slowly.
