Okay I probably sound stupid for asking this, but I've been thinking a lot about this. Since I'm so close to reaching my goal weight..what do I do when I reach it obviously I don't want to gain it all back but like should I keep counting calories, what do I do to maintain my weight?? I'm really scared about this.. I don't want to be counting calories for the rest of my life but I also don't want to gain all the weight back which I think is going to happen

Eventually you will have to eat to maintain, you will neither gain nor lose. The trick is finding out for sure what that number is through trial and error, a calculator or some wearable tech that tells you your TDEE.0
