Low sodium meats?

I usually bring a bit of dinner sausage or the like with me to work for my lunch, but I'm having a really hard time finding packaged meats that are low in sodium. I know I could make some chicken and slice it up for the week, but I also use it as filler for sketti.
What are some healthy packaged meats out there? Are there any other options besides dinner sausage?

get some chicken, turkey, pork, cow, lamb, etc and make it yourself at home.
the sodium mainly comes from the preparation.
ETA these are all super easy to make ina slow cooker and the meat stays tender.. just put the mean in (that's what she said), add your seasonings and let it cook0 -
I do that a lot, but sometimes I'm swamped on the weekends and forget to start the meat. Was hoping I could find something quick to take to work if I forget.0
