I wear running shorts that are 2 layers, the bottom layer is like compression shorts. I always feel more comfortable that way, because then I can stretch, do yoga, or whatev, in girlie shorts and not worry about my shorts being "inappropriate." lol.

Just the opposite really....nice and snug.

Great run today by the way. I heartily recommend getting some. I'm not really sure *why* it helps, but it did.

Sounds like these type of shorts are evil and would "snap" the "twig" and leave "dingle-dangle" berries.....:laugh:

one of my main workouts is swimming (lifegaurd here!) and ive just had to get used to the 12 yo boys going under and 'watching' as i swim by. i mean sometimes a swimsuit cant do its job underwater!
