I need something else! I completed 4 weeks of Turbo Jam max results and I'm on week 2 of Turbo Jam fat burning. I don't have a resistance band so I was replacing one of the work outs with Turbo Fire, and WHOA! I can't keep up at ALL! My heart rate was very low compared to normal because I just couldn't get the moves down, she's too quick. I did try T25 before Turbo Jam, and it was very very challenging for me, but for some reason 3 weeks in I hadn't lost an inch or a pound, so I'm not ready to try that again. It was so discouraging.
Program needs to have a LOT of variation (no 30 DS, I never make it past 12 days) and be relatively easy. I have very low cardio endurance and I'm weak. I want mostly cardio with small strength training (or not, I could add my own).

Check out FitnessBlender.com - loads of free workout videos, lots of variety.
And whatever you choose, give it time - three weeks is not enough time to determine whether something's working or not - I don't care what the infomercials and workout packaging says. Generally people who get quick results on those ads draw your eye away from the tiny print at the bottom that says "results not typical".
Getting your calories in order and sticking with regular exercise takes time, both to find what works for ya, what you like, and seeing results. But it's worth it.
