Tracking my excersizes?

Hey all,

I'm a not so new member who has really decided to give this a shot -- it's that time to lose weight!

I've gotten the adding food and such to my diary, however, finding and adding excersizes is giving me a bit of an issue.

Today, for instance, I did a circuit of the Seven Minute WOrkout, and kinda huffed along at 4mph on a treadmill, however, I can't seem to find either one of these on the excersizes.

Any tips on how to document 'em right, or, any tips to find them better?

Thanks!

If you search under cardio training, walking and jogging are both there, you just choose the one that corresponds to the speed you were going, you may have to use a converter to convert your 4mph speed to a pace per mile or km.

The circuit training is also there, and its likely also available under cardio.

I don't add exercises in MFP, what I use is my fitbit integrated with MFP to capture my movement. The only catch is that it only counts steps and intensity, not other exercise like carrying things and weight lifting etc. I choose not to even try to count those calories burned, I don't go hungry when all I use is my steps. If you can afford a high quality fitness tracker that interfaces with MFP, I highly recommend it. I like the fitbit one myself, but there are several other brands that work with MFP too I think. Look at the apps link at the top of this page.
